Now its actions let you easilyorganize, for example, a server that will receive commands by email. We havealso added "Import Registry" and "Export Registry" actions that expand thebackup abilities. Also, customers will discover new actions to synchronize atask with other tasks and processes. They are called "Wait for File", "Waitfor Process."

Clicking on theCreate New Task icon in the main window starts a wizard-style dialog thatassists you in selecting an action, customizing its behavior and setting upan action trigger. Currently, RoboTask offers over a hundred elementaryactions, which you can combine into highly complex sequences that fit yourspecific automation needs. You can automate file operations like copy, move,rename; manage automatic backups; schedule and run FTP and Web serveroperations, etc. These automations may be enhanced with loops, conditions,and the use of a BASIC language interpreter allows power users to addvirtually unlimited functionality to RoboTask's jobs. These jobs may belaunched manually, scheduled to run automatically, or can be configured tobe triggered by a wide array of changes in your PC. The program may run asan NT service.
